GamingHorror	I prefer games that start with D or P Dungeon Master (Amiga) DooM Duke Nukem 3D DooM 2 Pinball Dreams & Fantasies The Ultimate DooM Pannon Fodder Densible Soccer … many more, mostly Amiga. That’s the games I remember most.

garyk1968	Out of curiosity, what languages would have been used to make games on the Apple IIe / Commodore 64 in 1984-85 ? It couldn’t have been Basic. Pascal was not powerful enough either. I can only imagine it was some combination of Basic and Assembly Language. I do remember around 1989 a lot of buzz about C, and I think C++ came out in 1985, but would probably have been too late for those old computers. Yes it would have been mainly assembler, I did a little games development on Vic20/C64 and it was all done in 6502 assembler which was pretty painful, 8 bit registers and all that.

Blueline23	Hey All, Just got the gamekit this weekend, and I am very excited at the potential there to really come up with something fast and substantial in a really small amount of time. Look forward to seeing if I can contribute to the community project as well. As far as favorite game of all time…I have really had quite a few, but probably the most influential games from my youth were: The Bard’s Tale III: Thiefs of Fate (first game to ever really get my heart racing) Ultima V: Warriors of Destiny (the story was just great) Wing Commander series was a blast Can’t wait to see what I can/will create! =P

DeeplineDEV	I liked the new game – eBoo. See and necessarily write what you think. The game is modeled on the classic game Moon Lander, but much more extensive. I have it since yesterday and I finished 15 levels so far.

rihannajosh	Favorite game of all time… Has to be the Mario Kart series… Especifically Dash. I played a little Mario Kart with my friends but after Dash came out we were hooked… We played for months, playing together as a team or against each other. Dash or all Mario Kart games are Great, especially because even though it brings out the need to beat our friends, it didnt ever affect our friendship and more with Dash, in which we had to work together… iPhone 5 Release Date

Michael Lee	Being 12 years old and sharing text-based adventure game cartridges with my friends for the VIC-20 and working together as a group to solve these amazing adventures was my all time love for gaming. It is amazing what your mind can visualize from solving text-based adventures, best graphics ever ;) My favorite of all the titles in that series was “The Count”
